At the upcoming Smart Spaces 2025 event hosted by Parks Associates, five standout properties will be awarded the 2025 Property Innovation Awards for their exceptional use of smart technology to enhance operations, security, connectivity, and the overall resident and guest experience. From luxury resorts to multifamily residences, these awardees are setting a new standard in modern property management, redefining smart living through groundbreaking technology implementations.

To better manage vacant units and streamline operations, HHHunt rolled out ADT Multifamily Smart Home technology across 20+ properties, including its flagship Abberly Market Point. Smart thermostats, panels, and door locks helped reduce energy costs, speed up maintenance workflows, and increase day-to-day operational efficiency portfolio-wide.

Asset Living introduced Dellas OS at Regius Square, integrating deeply with Yardi to automate resident onboarding, maintenance requests, and amenity access. The platform also powers occupancy-based energy automation and real-time dashboards. As a result, the property reached 100% occupancy in under a year, significantly lowered energy consumption, accelerated maintenance completion and response time, and eliminated paper-based processes.

Facing inconsistent Wi-Fi and limited analytics, Peachtree Residences  by HomeOwners Advantage, implemented Zentro’s Bliss connectivity platform and Calix hardware and cloud tools. The result: symmetrical gigabit speeds, full-property coverage, and device-level diagnostics. Enhanced onboarding and reduced support requests have turned connectivity into a true premium amenity for residents.

Managed by RPM Living, Sawmill Station deployed a smart access system combining myQ Community, LiftMaster video intercoms, and smart locks. The cloud-based platform provides remote access control, credential management, and video entry logs - cutting hardware costs, improving staff efficiency, and significantly reducing resident lockouts.

In collaboration with dormakaba and Alliants, Resorts World Las Vegas eliminated the need for mobile apps, loyalty enrollment, or Bluetooth keys by integrating NFC-based access through Apple Wallet. Guests can now seamlessly check in and access rooms, elevators, and amenities using only their iPhone or Apple Watch. With 90% of guests using iOS devices, the solution has resulted in 800–1,400 fewer daily front desk visits and a smoother, more reliable guest experience.

The 2025 Property Innovation Award winners exemplify the future of connected living. By embracing cutting-edge solutions tailored to real-world challenges, these properties demonstrate that smart technology can drive both operational excellence and elevated experiences for residents and guests alike.
