International research firm Parks Associates today announced the winners of 2025 Property Innovation Awards, sponsored by LiftMaster, who will be recognized at the third annual Smart Spaces, September 16-17 in Dallas, Texas. Winners include the following properties:
- Resorts World Las Vegas by Genting Group, in collaboration with dormakaba and Alliants
- The Residences at Sawmill Station by RPM Living
- Peachtree Residences by HomeOwners Advantage
- Regius Square by Asset Living

Parks Associates selected these innovative properties based on the originality of their proptech projects, efficiency in deployment, and quantifiable results following implementation, including market impact, performance metrics, and consumer benefits. The firm will detail the successes of these innovative companies in today’s webinar, “PropTech, Broadband, and the Future of Multifamily Living,” at 2 PM CT.
Property-provided smart home and security packages represent an estimated $8.5 billion market opportunity, according to Parks Associates. Properties are investing in new technologies to add and improve security measures. AI security cameras, access control solutions with mobile credentialing, and video intercoms at gates all improve resident safety and convenience. Smart property and smart security solutions stand to substantially boost property NOI.
“Technology is actively shaping consumer expectations, driving operational efficiencies, and signaling key trends in the evolution of smart living environments,” said Ashton Gambrell, Director of Sales, Parks Associates. “We are excited to highlight these innovative properties at the event and share how technology is differentiating the experience and adding value for residents."
“LiftMaster is proud to support Parks Associates’ inaugural Property Innovation Awards and celebrates these forward-thinking properties that are redefining the resident experience through technology,” said Rebecca Delgado-Peterson, Director of Product Management—Community Access Controls, LiftMaster. “Innovation in proptech is transforming how properties operate, enhancing security, and creating connected environments for property managers and residents.
