Third annual Smart Spaces spotlights standout innovations in multifamily proptech and highlights $8.5 billion market for smart home and security solutions

International research firm Parks Associates today announced the current nominees for the 2025 Property Innovation Awards, which recognizes properties and teams leading in proptech innovation. Winners will be awarded at Smart Spaces, September 16-17 at the HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

Parks Associates has extended the deadline to submit to the 2025 Property Innovation Awards to July 25, 2025. Winners will be notified on August 6.
