I think the biggest challenge is the different states of readiness operators or content providers are in to embrace what it means to "own the customer or home" in this highly fragmented ecosystem. We need to make the leap from simple line extensions of current businesses to more expansive strategies to retain the incumbent position as the fully integrated service provider to the home and family. The conceptual leap begins with understanding how content relates not just to entertainment but to "things" as well, and how "things" relate to all relevant/related content experiences.
