UPC Austria has employed a new tactic in order to capture the small business market. The company has made a series of triple play (internet, television, telephone service) packages available to small businesses. These packages offer 120Mbps versus the typical 100Mbps and a variety of other updated services that allow users to access e-mail and documents on the go. Business customers can choose between several pricing models depending on the internet bandwidth desired.
