Vivint provides features such as electronic door locks, live video surveillance, and automatic text notifications to ensure that customers are aware and connected to what is going on in their home while they are away. Users can also employ their smart phones or computers to remotely handle their thermostats and alarms and even view live feed to continually monitor activity within the home.
Customers pay a one-time activation fee coupled with a monthly monitoring charge for Vivint's service and can also add and subtract features to create a unique system to suit their individual needs.
