Following the success of its U.S.-based connected home conference, Parks Associates recently announced the dates for the ninth-annual CONNECTIONS Europe conference. The two-day event will take place November 18-19, 2014, at the Mövenpick Hotel in Amsterdam.

According to Parks Associates, in 2014, the U.K. will have 19.8 million smartphone households and over 10 million households using cloud storage. France will have over 18.6 million smartphone households, with over 11.5 million using cloud storage. Analyzing the state of the smart home market in Europe, CONNECTIONS will provide consumer research, high-level analysis, and in-depth panel discussions on connected platforms and digital services expanding across Europe.

The official call for papers is open. Interested parties are asked to submit speaking proposals no later than July 25, 2014 for consideration.
