Clock Ticking On Telletopia's Bid To Bring Local TV To Internet

Perhaps they’re hanging on for local content. And if the clock expires on Telletopia’s master plan, even cord-cutters and cord-nevers can, for the foreseeable future, forget about watching local TV channels over the Internet through independent providers.
