10% of Spanish broadband households own a smartwatch

The latest research from Parks Associates claims that 10% of Spanish broadband households own a smart watch, followed by 8% in the UK, 7% in Germany, and 6% in France. “Form factors such as the smartwatch are creating new opportunities for wearables in the connected home, with home controls and health applications near the top of the list for potential use cases,” said Stuart Sikes, president at Parks Associates.
