Parks Associates, a market research and consulting firm, is relocating to Tollway Plaza II at 15950 North Dallas Parkway in Dallas, where it leased 6,557 square feet of office space. Todd Noonan of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Kathy Denny and Jayme Knight of Peloton Commercial Real Estate.
