Making A Bull Case For Support.com

In the United States, 78% of broadband households have a home network, and that's expected to increase to 95% by 2016, according to research firm Parks Associates. The households and small businesses have migrated from a PC-focused system to a network-focused system, and now the PC is simply one endpoint on a customer's network. Today, apart from a PC, a customer might have a tablet, several smartphones, a printer and maybe a gaming device all connected to a network.
