The TV Tipping Point: Where Do We Go From Here?

And those who aren’t ready to cut the cord completely are ready to cut back: Twice as many pay TV subscribers downgraded (12 percent) their pay-TV service than upgraded (6 percent) it in 2016, according to Parks Associates.
