But two crucial streaming devices don't have HBO Max apps. Neither Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices supported HBO Max, even though those devices represent the vast majority of streaming devices in the US. Researcher Parks Associates estimated nearly 70% of installed streaming-TV devices in the country are either Roku or Amazon Fire TV products last year, and the companies have more than 80 million active users between them.
