  • 70% of MDU owners say Wi-Fi helps attract residents
  • Almost 80% say it increases property value
  • Over 50% of tenants now expect managed Wi-Fi to be available
  • Properties offering Wi-Fi see improved net promoter scores and increased lease renewals
