Samsung, Take Note: Galaxy Gaffe Gives Apple an Opening

In the U.S., Apple is king, garnering about 40% of the market share, according to a report by Parks Associates. "Apple remains the dominant smartphone manufacturer in the U.S., but Samsung is catching up," said Harry Wang, director of Health & Mobile Product Research at Parks Associates. "Apple controls 40% of the smartphone market, while Samsung has 31% and LG is the next closest rival with 10%."
