Parks Associates Announces Inaugural Property Innovation Awards at Smart Spaces Conference in Dallas

International research firm Parks Associates will honor winners of its new award at the third annual Smart Spaces event, Sept. 16-17, in Dallas.

International research firm Parks Associates said the winners will receive their awards at the Third Annual Smart Spaces, Sept. 16-17 in Dallas.

“Identifying the leading properties in proptech highlights the forefront of innovation in the broadband, connected home, and multifamily markets,” Elizabeth Parks, president and CMO, Parks Associates, said in a statement. “This recognition will illustrate where technology is actively shaping consumer expectations, driving operational efficiencies, and signaling key trends in the evolution of smart living environments. We are excited to highlight this new initiative at Smart Spaces.”

Parks Associates said that industry executives and insiders can nominate a standout property or organization that has deployed proptech to improve operations, enhance resident or guest experience, drive sustainability, or deliver meaningful ROI.

Per Parks Associates, the deadline to submit a nomination is July 18.

The third annual Smart Spaces: Apartments, Hospitality, and Community Living, will be at the HALL Arts Hotel Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, and is sponsored by ADT Multifamily, Cox Communities, Nice, Vantiva, SmartRent, Kwikset, ROCiQ, SkyBell, Rently, Calix, Eleven Software, Groove Technology Solutions, Nomadix, Dormakaba, and Zentra Access.

Throughout the conference, Parks Associates will present new research on bulk broadband, managed Wi-Fi, and smart home technologies—including access control, energy management, and network support—highlighting key drivers of connectivity in multidwelling and hospitality environments, the firm said.

Parks said those insights set the foundation for strategic discussions on opportunities and challenges in smart apartments and connected guest experience.
