NBC’s video service Peacock stresses ‘free,’ looks to 2021

HBO Max’s debut was “rocky at best,” said Parks Associates analyst Jennifer Kent in an email, because of confusion over the various WarnerMedia HBO apps — Go, Now, Max — and tension with Roku and Amazon.
