Adam Arrigo, CEO & Co-Founder, Wave Adam is the CEO and co-founder of Wave, the market leader in virtual entertainment experiences. Adam combines his skills as a game designer, sound designer, product lead and - most importantly - musician to make sure Wave is going beyond traditional live streaming with virtual experiences that serve the next generation of concert-goers. Aileen Del Cid is the Head of Marketing for Samsung TV Plus. She oversees all marketing operations, strategy, branding and strategic partnerships for Samsung’s global FAST streaming platform. Aileen brings over a decade of experience in the entertainment marketing industry. During which time she has built organizations, rebranded products like Samsung TV Plus, and led strategic partnerships for multiple organizations. Prior to her leadership role with Samsung TV Plus Aileen held several content marketing posts at AT&T. There she led CTV advertising for DIRECTV NOW, digital advertising for DIRECTV’s mobile app, Sponsorships and Strategic Content Partnerships for ATT.net and O&O Marketing for the U-verse Entertainment Networks at AT&T U-verse. Regularly overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets for those products and campaigns she developed and deployed marketing and brand strategies that engaged and drove growth in subscriber bases. Prior to that Aileen worked in Distribution Marketing at Game Show Network where she led strategic marketing efforts to drive subscriber acquisition. Aileen joined GSN from Universal Sports Network where she developed strategic B2B and consumer facing marketing campaigns.

<p> Amit is a pioneer in streaming media and leads content development, content licensing and entertainment product development teams at TELUS. Amit created PlayStation Vue the first &amp; highest rated streaming pay television service in the United States and was awarded an Emmy for pioneering streaming television. He has helped drive change in the entertainment sector by launching the first streaming pay per view service, negotiating the first OTT network licensing and a-la-carte deals and developing new technologies like Cloud DVR and Digital Ad Replacement. As a strategy consultant at Bain, Amit advised some of the world’s largest media and technology companies on industry defining strategic decisions.</p>

Andrew Fleming is StreamLayer's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a number of key functions for the sports technology start-up. With a unique and well-rounded set of skills honed across various sports and media roles, Andrew is focused on growing StreamLayer and helping sports media companies transform the way their fans experience live video. Andrew is an entrepreneurial strategist and deal-maker with a vision for developing and implementing successful long-term organizational visions. Prior to joining StreamLayer, Andrew served as Chief Administrative Officer at EZLinks, a PGA-TOUR-affiliated technology company. In 2019 Andrew oversaw the sale of EZLinks to Comcast/NBC Sports, in a trailblazing deal yielding a significant return for EZLinks investors. Prior to joining EZLinks, Andrew held senior leadership positions at KemperSports, hospitality management firm, and KemperLesnik, a sports-focused PR and events agency. Andrew got his start in the sports/media business with the NBC Sports Group as Golf Channel's VP of Business Development and Senior Counsel. While with NBC Sports, Andrew led over ten acquisitions and the business strategy that resulted in the growth of GolfNow.com from an upstart commerce platform to one of the most successful digital businesses in all of sports. Andrew also played a key role in establishing Golf Channel as one of TV's fastest-growing cable networks by negotiating talent agreements and rights deals. Prior to his roles in the sports, media and technology space, Andrew was a litigator with Sidley Austin - working on cases as varied as artwork ownership disputes to serving as appellate counsel for an inmate on Alabama's Death Row. Before law school, Andrew worked at The Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution in Washington, D.C., and for Alternatives - a leading community organization serving Chicago youth. Andrew is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School where he earned an "A" from Barack Obama, and Northwestern University where he earned degrees in Political Science and International Studies. Anthony Jiwa is CMO at OUTtv where he is responsible for overseeing marketing, partnerships and publicity for OUTtv and OUTtvGo, the network's streaming platform. Bart Spriester is the Vice President and General Manager, Streaming, Broadcast and Advertising, for Comcast Technology Solutions. In this role, Bart oversees sales, service, and product management for the business, delivering solutions to hundreds of media and technology companies worldwide. An industry veteran, Bart served as Senior Vice President, Video Products and Solutions for Harmonic, Inc. prior to joining the Comcast Technology Solutions leadership team in 2018. Previously, Bart was the Executive Vice President and General Manager, North America, and CTO for Encompass Digital Media where he improved its market competitiveness and customer support through centralized and standardized business systems. He came to Encompass from Cisco Systems where he was the Vice President and General Manager for the Digital Media Networks business unit. He also served as managing director of Cisco’s EMEA Video Division and was named to the company’s European Operating Committee. Blair Harrison is the founder and CEO of Frequency, a company based in Los Angeles that builds and operates the world's leading SaaS platform powering linear video channels. He is a software engineer and entrepreneur who has built multiple companies in the online video and computer graphics industries, including IFILM and Second Nature, which were acquired by Viacom and AutoDesk. Blair spends his time at Frequency working on product design, numerical systems, and supply chain optimization. He has a degree in computer systems engineering from the University of Bristol in England.

<p> Brett Jensen is the Director, Solutions at iSpot.tv and a veteran in the advanced TV space. He has seen all sides of the TV and video ads business from his experience at agencies, MVPDs, SaaS, and as an advertising data consultant. He founded the Solutions department at iSpot in 2017, helping brands and agencies leverage viewership data into their marketing strategies. Brian Kline is President at Penthera Partners. Penthera provides a suite of software products to leading OTTs and video streaming companies to increase the value of their ad inventory and improve their viewers' video quality of experience. Brian leads teams responsible for Penthera's business operations, marketing, sales and product development. Prior to joining Penthera, Brian held executive roles at AT&T, Charter (formerly Time Warner Cable), and Minim, a WiFi management software company. His responsibilities have included product development, partnerships, operational improvement, M&A and strategy. At Charter, Brian developed products to stream video to Smart TVs and game consoles with leading companies including Samsung and Microsoft. DeShuna Spencer is the Founder & CEO of kweliTV, a digital platform that celebrates global Black stories and amplifies Black storytellers. She's a former radio host and producer of emPower Hour, a show that examined social justice issues affecting people of color, on DC's 89.3 FM WPFW. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Spencer served as Director of Communications for EdMarket where she ran the communications department and all media properties. A former AmeriCorps VISTA, Spencer graduated from Jackson State University where she studied communications and journalism. She has written for The Clarion-Ledger, The Oakland Tribune and the Crisis Magazine. She is a Halcyon Incubator Fellow, a Voqal Fellow and a Google NexGen Policy Leader. Spencer was first place winner of the 2017 Harvard Business School African Business Conference Pitch Competition. Currently at Xperi Corp by way of TiVo and TRA, Ms. Zamaniyan is Vice President of Data and Monetization leading a team responsible for the development and execution of the product plan that monetizes TiVo's TV viewership sourced from set-top box data assets for direct license and connected TV ad sales. Prior to joining TiVo, she was the Senior Vice President at Nielsen which acquired IAG research where she was hired to create and monetize its data assets for day after recall and program engagement measurement for leading industry verticals including Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Nielsen, Ms. Zamaniyan was at Ipsos and the NPD Group where she was responsible for developing, and monetizing data driven products that catered to ad copy testing, brand tracking and sales impact measurement within the retail, pharmaceutical, apparel, athletic footwear and music industries. Prior to Kochava, MacDonald held sales management positions at Airpush, StrikeAd, and American Express.</p>

Geir Skaaden serves as chief products and services officer for Xperi Inc. Based in Calabasas, Geir is responsible for leading Xperi’s portfolio of imaging, audio, user experience and discovery solutions. Geir joined DTS, a part of Xperi, in 2008 and has held a number of leadership roles over the years where he has overseen product management, business development, global licensing and marketing. He later became executive vice president of products, platforms and solutions prior to being promoted to his current role. Before his time at DTS, Geir served as the chief executive officer at Neural Audio Corporation.
