Beyond the Door: Delivering Value in Smart Home Subscriptions
Sponsored by Arity

As smart home adoption grows, providers are facing a new challenge: proving ongoing value in a world where consumers are overwhelmed by subscriptions. With services like streaming setting a high bar for engagement, safety, and security offerings must work harder to stay relevant and justify their place in the stack.
This session explores how leading platforms are expanding the definition of “home security” beyond the physical home to create more continuous, context-aware experiences that better align with how people actually live and move through the world. By incorporating broader signals from mobile devices, vehicles, and other connected endpoints, providers can deliver more relevant automation, proactive safety features, and personalized experiences that extend throughout the day.
Hear from industry leaders on how they’re evolving their platforms to drive stronger engagement, improve retention, and unlock new categories of value while balancing personalization with consumer trust.
