Gil Adato is a global digital health leader with more than two decades of experience driving strategy, innovation, and growth across the US, Asia, and Europe. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Sleep.ai, where he partners with a broad ecosystem of partners ranging from consumer brands to health insurers to bring science backed, data driven sleep intelligence and solutions to market. Gil previously held senior leadership roles at Philips and Samsung, shaping digital health, IoT, and AI enabled solutions and services that advanced consumer and patient outcomes worldwide. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and served in the IDF’s elite intelligence corps, Unit 8200.

Andrew (Andy) Droney is Senior Director, Health and Innovation Programs at ADT and is responsible for the growth of ADT's portfolio of Personal Emergency Response (PERS) products and related services. He is also responsible for operational efficiencies related to the deployment, delivery, installation and service of the ADT Health product line. Prior to joining ADT in 2007, Andy spent 11 years in operations management with Verizon focused on the deployment and infrastructure enhancements of Verizon's FiOS network. Andy graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology from Duke University in Durham, N.C., and earned his MBA from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa.

David E. Albert, MD, an Oklahoma native, is a physician, inventor and serial entrepreneur who has developed life-saving technologies and products over the last 30 years, turning a number of those innovations into tech startups. Today, he is a founder of three technology companies, InnovAlarm, Lifetone Technology, and AliveCor. His previous startups include Corazonix Corp (sold to Arrhythmia Research Technology) and Data Critical (sold to GE). Dr. Albert left GE in 2004 as Chief Scientist of GE Cardiology to disrupt several new markets. His latest invention, AliveCor’s KardiaMobile personal ECG technology, became a global sensation via a YouTube Video in January 2011 around the Consumer Electronics Show and was featured on ABC, CBS, CNN and Fox News among many other media outlets. Dr. Albert has 80 issued US patents, a large number pending and several new “secret inventions” in development. He has authored or co-authored over 100 scientific abstracts and publications, principally in the cardiology literature. Dr. Albert has lectured at the Entrepreneurship programs at the MIT Sloan School and the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Albert graduated with Honors from Harvard College and from Duke University Medical School.

Mark is the Electronic Caregiver, Inc. Chief Product Officer and founder of the AgeTech Group for the Forbes Technology Council. Mark possesses over 20 years of product development experience at the intersection of technology and aging, including roles at Amazon, Intel, Age Wave, and Health Hero Network. He has received 18 patents and studied at Harvard and Pitt.

Dr. Tajinder (Taj) Manku is a serial entrepreneur and wireless technology inventor. Experienced in driving ideas to revenue, Taj founded numerous technology companies (e.g., Pravala, Sirific, and Tag-Comm) before the age of 40. The most notable, Sirific Wireless, merged with Icera and then sold to Nvidia for just shy of half a billion dollars. Sirific was the first company in the world to build a cellular chip that used more than one antenna. Today, Sirific’s silicon products can be found in mobile data devices worldwide. Taj’s educational background tells a story of drive and self-discipline. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in (Quantum) Physics and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Taj received his Ph.D. in one year, faster than any other Ph.D. student in the University’s history! During that time, he also published over 10 journal papers in the area of quantum strained semiconductors. Taj has been granted the designation of Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Canada. He was honoured to return to school in 2008 to complete an accelerated executive leadership program from Harvard University. Taj later served as a tenured Professor at his alma mater, the University of Waterloo. He also ran an RFIC consulting firm, working with communications industry giants like Nortel, Motorola, Lucent Technologies and Texas Instruments. In 2014, Taj co-founded Cognitive Systems Corp., where he is currently the CEO. With this latest endeavour, Taj is passionate about realizing a truly connected, smart home by adding motion sensing to WiFi networks. WiFi Motion™ is software that uses RF sensing and AI to interpret and react to motion in a WiFi-enabled environment. Taj holds over 150 granted patents, has written over 100 technical papers and has received various technology and business awards for his involvement in Software Defined Radios. Aaron Nowakowski is an accomplished product and solutions leader with deep experience in connected safety, health, and emergency monitoring technologies. He currently serves as Director of Partner Solutions at Becklar, where he leads strategic solution development and partner enablement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-reliability offerings that support enterprise clients nationwide. Across his career, Aaron has built a strong track record of transforming user needs into innovative solutions, optimizing product portfolios, and enabling organizations to deliver impactful safety and monitoring services at scale.
