Earl Browning is an entrepreneur in the tech world since the early 90's. His last regular job was as an Engineer and later Sales Engineer for MicroSolutions which was Mark Cuban's first technology company. In 1992 Cuban advised Earl and his partner as they started their first company, Fluent Systems, of which The Dallas Mavericks was a premier customer. Since that venture Earl has been involved in many startups including MSP, telecom, and multiple software companies, the last one being Keyready, a move-in automation SaaS which was recently bought by RealPage. He joined the EnviroSmarts team a year ago as the Director of Sales. EnviroSmarts was founded by a dear friend and former colleague from his days at MicroSolutions, Peter McIntosh. Pratik Dhebri is the Vice President and Head of Product Management at AvalonBay Communities. We leverage Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to re-imagine our operating model and increased Net Operating Income (NOI). Prior to AvalonBay, Pratik led Product Management and Digital Transformation at CBRE, where he was responsible for all AI and Data Products for investors, occupiers, and brokers; Tenant Experience products; full suite of Digital Products to help global occupier clients; and managed a software product P&L including a couple of acquisitions. After working for Four Seasons Resorts for nearly 10 years, Ashton spent the next seven years working with PGA TOUR pro golfers and their corporate sponsors/partners before joining Parks Associates.
