According to research from Parks Associates and Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) research, customers are interested in services that go beyond smart home devices for convenience, including performance monitoring for their maintenance systems and maintenance reminders for their appliances. In addition, homeowners continue to report that they do not want to use so many different apps on their smartphones, and the smart home market is calling for interoperability.
