In this role, he helps global device makers, service providers, and partners leverage the power of AWS to build, scale, and differentiate connected experiences. Prior to AWS, Olivier was Director of High-Performance IoT at Arm, where he led business development and ecosystem growth across the IoT value chain in collaboration with OEMs, ODMs, and silicon partners. During his tenure at Arm, he also led the competitive strategy team, developing mitigation strategies against rival CPU architectures and shaping Arm’s positioning across key market segments, including Arm for data centers. Earlier, as Executive Vice President at Maestro Wireless, he founded and led the company’s U.S. subsidiary through its successful acquisition by Lantronix. Olivier has held leadership roles in multiple startups, including eRide, where he built the sales and marketing organization from the ground up, as well as technical and strategic roles at CEL (Renesas), Northrop Grumman, and California Amplifier. Albert Chiu is a Principal Product Manager in the Utility Partnership and Innovation Department at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). In his 25+ years working in Load Management and Integrated Demand Side Management, he has developed technologies, system, policies and programs for utility customers. He also held global sales leadership positions at ChargePoint (CHPT), the leader in electric vehicle charging solutions, as well as Pace PLC, where he was responsible for the Software and Services Sales organization acquired by ARRIS in 2016. John graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics, and later from the Kelly Graduate School of Business at Indiana University, where he earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance. As GM he Holds full P&L responsibility across all facets of the business. Immediately prior to Realpage, Dennis served as President & General Manager as well as SVP Operations for Wyyerd Fiber. In this role, Dennis had purview over the P&L, Operations, development and 60% annualized revenue growth of Wyyerd’s business as an Internet Service Provider for single and multi-family residences in the Southwestern United states. Previously, Dennis served as Senior Vice President, Mountain Region for Zayo where he had responsibility for $320M in annualized revenue and associated operations across 11 states and Western Canada. He is the Founder and CEO of Ubiety Technologies, which offers an AI engine and RF detection platform aimed at enhancing situational awareness across residential, commercial, and government security sectors. Ubiety can detect, categorize, and recognize individuals based on the devices they carry. Avi Rosenthal has been in the connected device industry for over 25 years. He is the currently the Managing Partner of BlueConnect Partners (formally bluesalve), a full-service consulting firm to the Consumer Products and Connected Device industries. He has held numerous leadership roles within the IoT industry at Nortek, Legrand, Evolve and Superna among others. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Z-Wave Alliance, and as the chair of the Trade Policy working group of the CTA. Through his deep connections with manufacturers, dealers, and retailers, he has the insights and resources needed to develop, market and manufacture products and services for the IoT Industry. Outside of his technical work, he is a member of Resideo’s ESG Council, contributing to environmental initiatives and corporate sustainability.

Paul Williams serves as the Managing Director of the Home Management Solutions Business Unit for Nice and leads the worldwide strategy and business for the connected home in this role. Paul has over 20 years of executive leadership in the connected home space and his career spans start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Paul previously served as Nice North America’s Chief Product Officer where he led the product management teams and developed the product strategy and product roadmaps of all products / solutions for Nice in North America. Prior to joining Nice, he was at GE Lighting in the role of GM of Product Management and Growth where he was charged with reimagining lighting solutions. In three years, Paul’s team created a DIY smart home ecosystem with innovative products and scaled the consumer mobile app, taking it from just 30,000 users to more than 2 million. During his 14+ years of executive leadership at Control4, a manufacturer of smart home solutions, he was instrumental in building the company from a startup to IPO with double-digit, year-over-year growth.
