Teresa holds a router on a chip patent and chairs the Fiber Broadband Association’s In Home Experience Committee. Her impact has been recognized with CRN’s Women of the Channel (2025), Chairman’s Quarterly Awards, President’s Club, and International Sales Win of the Year.

Jake Purcell has over a decade of technology sales distribution, operations and strategy experience in telecommunications. Currently, at Comcast, he is tasked with driving IoT innovation at scale, transforming today’s resources into a connected digital infrastructure to make businesses, municipalities, and communities safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Previously, he focused on new business strategies and growth initiatives for Smart Home Security & Automation product solutions. Prior to Comcast, Jake held the role of regional general manager of sales and operations at Clearwire, a telecommunications company eventually acquired by Sprint Co (not t-mobile). Jake received a Bachelor of Science in Business & Physics from Southern Oregon University, and is a graduate from the Temple University Executive MBA program.

Christophe Arnaud joined Telecom Design as CEO in 2023. He leads all SaaS platform development, product design, engineering, global manufacturing and worldwide distribution of the company's Smart Home solutions in security and AgeTech. Telecom Design’s mission is to enable people worldwide to be healthier and safer in their own homes with innovative IoT solutions. Prior to joining Telecom Design, Christophe Arnaud was CEO of Blue Systems, the listed Bolloré Group Smart Mobility Division where he launched the first of its kind MDS-based Smart Mobility Platform in Los Angeles and operated mobility solutions in London, Paris, New York City amongst others. He also had a successful career in airport technology. Christophe is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris engineering school and SKEMA Business School. He speaks three languages fluently and understands the intricacies of running a business across several continents. Christophe enjoys mountaineering activities and has climbed several peaks over 5,000 meters. He practices paragliding, freeride skiing and running.

Elizabeth is the CMO at TechSee, creating simpler, smarter, customer experiences with visual AI. She is a leading voice for applied AI across the enterprise and specializes in humanizing technology in a digital- and AI-first age. Previously, she held leadership roles spanning marketing, communications, community, and CX departments at video game, social media, and cloud platform technology companies in both the B2C and B2B spaces. Over the course of her career, she has focused on identifying new and effective ways to create meaningful dialogue between a brand and its customers, and on developing products and programs that are built on relationships, outcomes, and impact.

Albert Chiu is a Principal Product Manager in the Utility Partnership and Innovation Department at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). In his 25+ years working in Load Management and Integrated Demand Side Management, he has developed technologies, system, policies and programs for utility customers. He is the lead of the DR Emerging Technology and IDSM Programs at PG&E, and also serves on the board of the OpenADR Alliance.

Andy McFarlane is leading Morse Micro’s global marketing, fuelling brand growth, opening up new partnerships, and expanding Morse Micro’s open source capabilities, to drive strategic success. Based in Sydney, Morse Micro is shaping the future of IoT connectivity, one innovative step at a time.

Joshua Di Frances is currently the Vice President, and Head of Business Incubation & Venture Building for LG NOVA & LG Electronics where he works to build and launch new technology ventures across the areas of AI, cleantech and healthcare technology. Prior to LG, Josh has spent his career working across healthcare technology strategy and investing and civic tech within the federal government. Josh formerly led the White House Presidential Innovation Fellows Program and Co-Founded the U.S. Digital Corps within the federal government. He also held roles at CVS Health, MassGeneral Brigham and a biotech gene editing startup. Josh has an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Boston University, and has also pursued graduate coursework at Harvard University, Berkeley Law, and the National Venture Capital Association.

Hugh Owen is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Alarm.com (Nasdaq: ALRM), the leading platform for intelligently connected properties. He leads global marketing strategy spanning residential, multi-family, small business, and enterprise commercial markets. His team shapes Alarm.com’s brand and drives demand for its expansive suite of IoT solutions, which include security, video analytics, access control, energy management, and emerging capabilities that advance safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Prior to Alarm.com, Hugh served in multiple senior leadership roles at MicroStrategy, including Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, where he guided global go-to-market efforts for the company’s enterprise analytics platform and its groundbreaking Bitcoin initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held roles at HSBC and Kimberly-Clark in the United Kingdom. Hugh earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business from the University of Bath, England.

Jon leads the Alliance Certification and Testing team across three continents with 25+ years of experience in testing, certification and homologation programs. Before joining the Alliance, Jon was involved with Zigbee technologies for 11 years and was very active helping to shape specifications and policies within the Alliance as a member company representative. During this time, he held roles as Technical Editor, Secretary, Vice-Chairperson and Chairperson within several Alliance technical Work Groups and Committees. He has been appointed as a Continua Certified Expert and held a position on the Alliance Expert Panel.

Erik Wolf, CMO, ROCiQ

Olivier Bernard is a technology executive with over 25 years of experience spanning marketing, strategy, and engineering, with a deep focus on IoT and M2M innovation since 2005. He currently serves as Principal IoT Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads the global go-to-market strategy for consumer IoT and Smart Home solutions. In this role, he helps global device makers, service providers, and partners leverage the power of AWS to build, scale, and differentiate connected experiences. Prior to AWS, Olivier was Director of High-Performance IoT at Arm, where he led business development and ecosystem growth across the IoT value chain in collaboration with OEMs, ODMs, and silicon partners. During his tenure at Arm, he also led the competitive strategy team, developing mitigation strategies against rival CPU architectures and shaping Arm’s positioning across key market segments, including Arm for data centers. Earlier, as Executive Vice President at Maestro Wireless, he founded and led the company’s U.S. subsidiary through its successful acquisition by Lantronix. Olivier has held leadership roles in multiple startups, including eRide, where he built the sales and marketing organization from the ground up, as well as technical and strategic roles at CEL (Renesas), Northrop Grumman, and California Amplifier. Recognized as an industry thought leader, he has authored numerous technical publications and frequently speaks at global IoT and Smart Home conferences. Olivier holds an Engineering degree from ESIEE (France), an MSEE from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

She's been working on partnerships for over a decade in technology at companies such at Meta, Lyft and Simple Things. Prior to Leap, she focused on partnerships in the smart home and hardware space. Her passion for energy and climate solutions brought her to Leap, where she continues to build the company's largest vertical. Vera Yuan currently heads up partnerships for the Smart Buildings and Devices vertical at Leap. Meghan McConomy is an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in go-to-market strategy, partner marketing, business development, and product innovation in the energy industry. She is currently Vice President of NRG Consumer Brand Strategy, having served in successive roles at NRG since 2013. Meghan’s tenure at NRG has led to her current role, leading a team that develops the brand strategy for NRG’s consumer brands. This includes understanding the consumer mindset and trends, assessing the competitive landscape, defining customer segment targets, and mapping toward future growth opportunities for NRG Consumer. She also works closely across teams to ensure the consumer brands deliver a seamless customer experience while achieving key business metrics. Prior to NRG, Meghan received her M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
