French ISPs Can Now Offer Canal+ Movie Channels

French ISPs now have the opportunity to provide their users with Canal+ movie channels for the first time.  Now ISPs will be able to include the channels when they market to consumers.  This move followed invention from the French Competition Authority looking into the reauthorization of the merger between Canal Satellite and TPS.
