A strong majority of consumers prefer integrated smart home systems over stand-alone devices.

The Internet of Things (IoT) presents both an opportunity and a challenge for brands to deliver the experiences consumers expect — the ability to share data and access content when we want, where we want and how we want.

Consumers expect these “things” to deliver convenience and control within an immersive, highly personalized environment. Yet few organizations are able to deliver the breadth of service necessary to support their users' technology needs.

Providing a seamless experience to consumers requires services that are purpose-built to help them navigate complex, technical environments that consist of multibranded connected products and services. This solution requires a continuous service experience — an "Internet of Services."

This webcast includes a 45-minute panel discussion, followed by live Q&A. It provides insights and perspectives from consumers, retailers, OEMs, and service providers on the critical role of support services in delivering a positive IoT experience.
