Michael McClain is the Co-Founder and CFO of Frndly TV.  Michael and the Frndly TV team saw a gap in the current Pay TV universe for family-friendly content at an affordable price point and developed a service that really resonated with consumers.  Having over 70 years experience in Pay TV amongst the founders, the team was able to appropriately navigate a challenging ecosystem and launch a profitable service that serves over 440k subscribers in just 15 months as of the end of December 2020.  Michael has over 15 years experience in strategic and operational finance roles.  He holds an M.B.A and M.S.F. from the University of Denver.

Carolyn	 Ferreira Carolyn Ferreira, Head of Customer Acquisition, Philo

Carolyn Ferreira is the Head of Customer Acquisition at Philo. Ms. Ferreira continues to drive 300% year over year growth at Philo. Under
Ferreira’s stewardship, Philo is now the “fastest-growing live television streaming service” in the first half of 2020, and has surpassed AT&T Now to become the fourth overall largest.  Her team manages marketing strategies and budgets across digital, direct mail and connected TV.
 
After graduating with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, Ferreira led product and marketing teams to a successful acquisition exit by Centro. She also spent years working for social media giants Facebook and LinkedIn. At LinkedIn, she consulted more than 60 marketing teams on B2B marketing strategies and was awarded LinkedIn's Data Driven Storyteller award for North and South America. At Facebook, she led a full-funnel marketing team to improve performance by more than 400%, scaled annual marketing budgets from $17M to $50 million, and delivered performance 8x Facebook benchmarks. Prior to joining Philo, she served as Head of Growth Marketing at Aura, where she was the first marketing hire and grew the company to be the #6 overall app in the Health and Fitness space.

Greg Riker has more than 20 years of sales executive experience, with a track record of increasing revenues and expanding sales channels in the digital TV and media industry. In his current role, he is responsible for leading and managing sales for Metrological in The Americas. Prior to joining Metrological, Greg was Senior Vice President of Sales, Cloud Video Solutions at ARRIS, which he joined as part of the ActiveVideo joint acquisition by ARRIS and Charter. At ActiveVideo, Greg was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales responsible for expanding global sales channels for the company’s Cloud TV platform to video service providers and CE manufacturers worldwide. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Synacor, where he developed the commercial strategy for U.S.-based content providers and grew international revenues during the transition from a privately owned to publicly traded company. Earlier in his career, Greg led sales and business development activities, driving revenue growth for on-demand and advertising solutions at ARRIS and C-COR.

Kevin Shepela Kevin Shepela, EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, Fandango Now

Kevin Shepela leads all commerce initiatives and business operations for Fandango, the nation’s leading digital network for all things movies.  Shepela is responsible for developing and managing strategic exhibitor and studio partnerships as well as  overseeing the transactional operations for the company’s global suite of ticketing and home entertainment properties, including Fandango, Vudu, FandangoNOW, MovieTickets.com, and Flixster in the U.S., and Ingresso.com in Brazil.
 
In recent years, Shepela has been instrumental in extending Fandango’s home entertainment business by way of acquiring Vudu and the ticketing business by adding hundreds of new exhibitors and expanding the company’s global screen count to more than 40,000.  He also directs the services groups that manage the day-to-day support for both customers and exhibitors.  
 
During his tenure at Fandango, Shepela also led business development and helped expand the company’s commerce distribution, powering online movie ticketing for partners including Yahoo! Movies, AOL, Moviefone, IMDB, and MSN Entertainment. He also oversaw and matured Fandango’s gift card business, selling gift cards online and at more than 77,000 retail outlets nationwide.  
 
Before joining Fandango, Shepela led business development initiatives across a number of the former Comcast Interactive Media (CIM) properties; most notably, Comcast Digital Entertainment and DailyCandy.  Prior to CIM, he was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at retail digital ad network RippleTV, focusing on retail distribution and strategic partnerships.  Shepela has also held business development roles at Yahoo! Entertainment, Movielink and Loudeye.
 
Kevin holds an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA.

Jeremy Strauss has had a storied career driving the intersection of content and technology.  As the current Global Head of Business Development for Tastemade, he is responsible for developing and growing new distribution offerings and revenue streams for the company’s original programming all around the world; including spearheading the launch of Tastemade’s 24-7 linear TV and OTT offerings.  Prior to Tastemade, he helped the management team at Oculus develop and execute its non-gaming content strategy, and at HBO where as the Vice President of Global Digital Distribution for HBO he launched HBO’s first foray in monetizing its award-winning original programming through digital channels; though he never got a call back for his numerous Game of Thrones auditions.
 
He has an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Duke University and he currently resides in Culver City, CA; though he steadfastly refuses to change his allegiance to west coast sports teams.
