Andrea Clarke-Hall leads Business Development for Tubi, the world’s largest free movie and TV streaming service. Andrea is responsible for negotiating Tubi’s content acquisition deals, building a content library of over 12,000 titles, and most recently launching Tubi’s partnership with NBCUniversal. Andrea also leads Tubi’s app distribution deals, including their deal with Comcast Xfinity, where Tubi was the third streaming app available on the cable service after Netflix and YouTube.

Carolyn Ferreira is the Head of Customer Acquisition at Philo. Ms. Ferreira continues to drive 300% year over year growth at Philo. Under Ferreira’s stewardship, Philo is now the “fastest-growing live television streaming service” in the first half of 2020, and has surpassed AT&T Now to become the fourth overall largest. Her team manages marketing strategies and budgets across digital, direct mail and connected TV.

Jodie McAfee is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for VIZIO. Jodie has led the strategic execution for advanced video advertising, interactive TV and content acquisition initiatives for more than two decades. 
A media and marketing veteran, Jodie previously led sales and marketing for Inscape, a subsidiary of VIZIO and leading provider of automatic content recognition (ACR) technologies.
Prior to Inscape, Jodie was General Manager at Samsung AdHub, where he led the development and introduction of Samsung’s multi-screen advertising platform across US and European markets, while overseeing many of Samsung’s partnerships with major agencies and Fortune 500 brands both domestically and internationally.
Previous to Samsung, Jodie was involved in the creation and operation of multiple emerging companies with expertise in connected TV, iTV and advanced advertising. Jodie is a graduate of The University of Texas and earned a Juris Doctor degree in Entertainment Law from Whittier University. 

Stefanie Meyers Stefanie Meyers, Senior Vice President, Distribution, STARZ

Based in the New York office, Meyers is responsible for Starz’s digital/OTT distribution business, utilizing her in-depth understanding of the media industry and competitive television landscape to build a strategic vision to maximize Starz’s subscriber and revenue growth. She negotiates and executes Starz's digital distribution, platform, and device deals and oversees Starz’s digital distribution partner marketing. She also supports Starz’s business development initiatives.
Meyers joined Starz in 2015 as Senior Counsel and previously served as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, Acquisition & Affiliate Distribution where she was responsible for negotiating and drafting Starz’s video distribution, technology integration and marketing agreements. She also provided legal and strategic support to the executive, sales, business development, content acquisition and operations teams. This included supporting original programming and studio license agreements.
Prior to Starz, Meyers served as Associate Counsel of Programming for Spectrum, previously Time Warner Cable.
Meyers was named to Variety's 2019 New Leaders list and an Emerging Leader by Fierce Video in 2020.

Alain Nochimowski is the Executive Vice President of Innovation at Viaccess-Orca. Alain is responsible for leading VO’s innovative initiatives and on a broader scope, fostering an innovative mindset across the company. Prior to this position, Alain led business development activities, first at Orca Interactive, and following the merger with Viaccess, at the new entity Viaccess-Orca.

Prior to launching this venture, Opeka managed digital and home entertainment releases for A&E Networks, MLB, and Docurama Films. He began his career at Madstone Entertainment, a vertically-integrated exhibitor, distributor and digital cinema pioneer.
He is a frequent speaker at top industry events and serves as the Chair of the Entertainment Merchants Association’s OTT Growth Council; is on the Board of Advisors of Latin Music OTT Service VidaPrimo; provides mentoring to the entrepreneur support organization Techstars; acts as an advisor to Blue Fever; and is a member of the Producer's Guild of America.
Opeka received his BA from UT Austin and his MBA from Florida State University. He is a veteran who served as a lead technology trainer and combat medic in the U.S. Army Infantry.

Blake Stuchin is Vice President of Digital Media Business Development at the National Football League, where he leads the league's distribution and licensing strategy across social media and digital video syndication.
