This seminar on
“Low-Cost Device Deployment and User
Support” addresses the growing management requirement
generated by increasingly intelligent interconnected devices,
such as mobile handsets, set-top boxes, and home gateways,
found in the broadband home.
With one trillion devices expected to be in existence in
the next 15-20 years this is growing issue for service
providers. In solving device-based management issues service
providers will not only reduce support and delivery costs and
provide better customer experience, but will also add new
service revenues.
