Jon Carter Jon Carter, UK Head of Business Development – Connected Home, Deutsche Telekom AG

Jon leads UK Business Development for DT’s white label and open connected home platform.

Successfully launched in Germany in late 2013, DT’s open platform is now available internationally, with an initial focus on Europe, and particularly the UK. DT’s platform has been designed to move the industry beyond simple control of connected devices, to create a foundation for new revenue generating services.

Jon’s focus is on establishing partnerships with telcos, utilities, insurers and retailers, as well as 3rd party platform providers and OEMs to enable the realization of innovative new products and services.

Jon has worked in and around the connected home space since the early 2000s, and has a deep knowledge of the market, and in particular what will finally drive growth in this market.  


Ken Durand Ken Durand, Vice President, Innovation and Business Development, Ericsson

With a wide and varied background of business experience, Ken has extensive expertise in guiding organizations through the strategic processes of implementing technology solutions that complement the Enterprise business vision. An insightful strategist with a wide range of experiences, Ken engages some of Ericsson’s highest profile clients and works within its largest implementations. In his current role within the Business and Support Solutions (BUSS) organization, Ken leads the Innovation and Business Development function for Machine to Machine; defining business strategies for the full range of solutions within the M2M portfolio. Through facilitation of interactions around the world with current and potential customers as well as the partner ecosystem community, Ken gains keen insight into the needs and desires of both the consumer marketplace and the providers who serve it. Oliver Lewis Oliver Lewis, Senior Vice President, Customer Propositions and Product Management, Sky Deutschland

Oliver Lewis is Senior Vice President Product Management at Sky Deutschland. He is responsible for the coordination of marketing, sales and customer relationship management for existing and new products. He joined Sky Deutschland in 2009 and worked on several key projects, including the launch of Sky Go, Sky’s online and mobile OTT proposition and the renewal of Sky’s Bundesliga rights until 2017. Previously, Oliver held a number of positions at British Sky Broadcasting. After joining in 2001, he was involved in financing and M&A and worked on the acquisition of Easynet followed by the launch of Sky’s broadband service. In 2007, he was appointed Commercial Director at Sky News, with responsibilities including development of new revenue streams, online partnerships and finance. Before joining BSkyB, he studied physics at Cambridge, completed an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, and worked in corporate finance at ING Barings in London and Paris.


Greg Roberts Greg Roberts, Vice President, Marketing, Icontrol Networks

Greg Roberts serves as the vice president of marketing for Icontrol Networks. Roberts started with Icontrol in 2006 and leads all marketing and brand initiatives for the company. Roberts' career features a celebrated track record of leadership and success in strategic branding and management for a range of tech companies. He has been instrumental in the successful launch of numerous consumer and B2B marketing campaigns. During his time at Icontrol, he has driven notable business results focused on customer acquisition and retention, leading to increased market share and international expansion. Previously, Roberts was vice president of marketing at Helio, a MVNO startup, where he led all marketing initiatives and brand management, and helped expand and broaden the company's customer portfolio. He also played a critical role in the launch of Helio and Helio Powered By SK Telecom, which received critical acclaim from the industry. Prior to Helio, Roberts was the vice president of marketing for Disney Mobile, an MVNO project by The Walt Disney Company. He also served as the director of national marketing at SBC Wireless. There, he developed and led award-winning marketing initiatives to help launch Cingular Wireless. Roberts was recognized by Wireless World Magazine and Brandweek for the campaign's pioneering approaches to youth marketing, which have since been adapted as best practices by the mobile industry. Roberts began his career with top brand marketing and design companies including The Richards Group, Tracy Locke, DDB Needham and GSD&M. He received a Master of Arts in communications from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from University of North Texas.

Michel Arrede heads up the Marketing for Amdocs Connected Home solutions worldwide. This includes strategic aspects such as market analysis, competitive analysis and market positioning (competitive advantages), and operational aspects such as product, pricing, promotion and distribution.

Previously at jNetX (acquired by Amdocs in 2009 for $50M), Michel headed up the marketing pricing and promotion functions for jNetX Next Generation Intelligent Networks (NGIN) platform with involvement in strategic corporate activities such as business analysis (market size, customers’ needs, competitors) and market positioning.

Earlier at HP, Michel was responsible for product marketing and business development efforts for SDP based solutions. He managed and grew several software businesses in Europe and worldwide using direct and indirect go-to-market growth strategies.

Prior to this Michel held various product management and product marketing positions at Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent) and at Atos-Origin.

Michel graduated from ESIGETEL, France, as a Telecommunication Engineer, and has regularly developed and improved Marketing, Finance and Operations skills through Harvard Business School ManageMentor Program and Ongoing Learnings (e.g. Philip Kotler).


Avi Barel Avi Barel, Business Development Director, ULE Alliance

Avi serves as Business development director at the ULE Alliance since 2013. Has over 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Before joining the ULE Alliance served as Corporate VP of Sales at DSP Group for 8 years. Beforehand held variety of engineering and business management positions at National Semiconductor, Winbond and other companies. Holds M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.


Regina Bernhaupt Regina Bernhaupt, Director of User Experience Research, Ruwido

Regina Bernhaupt is Director of User Experience Research at Ruwido. The main goal of her research work is to understand the eco-system of TV entertainment and games, and how to design and develop new forms of interaction enabling an enhanced overall user experience. Her work focuses on how to evaluate usability and user experience in various contexts especially for entertainment oriented products and services. She is an author of several international publications. In her spare time Regina loves to take care of her citron and orange trees in her garden in the south of France.

Joseph M. Bradley is an IoE Evangelist and the Managing Director of the Internet of Everything (IoE) Practice in the Cisco Consulting Services (CCS) organization. Bradley was instrumental in developing the next-generation consulting model for CCS. Cornel Ciocirlan Cornel Ciocirlan, CTO EMEA, ARRIS

Cornel joined ARRIS in 2000 and has been nominated CTO EMEA at ARRIS following the acquisition of Motorola Home by ARRIS. In this role he is responsible for the technology direction in EMEA regions with focus on the Transition to all IP, Connecting to the Cloud and End-To-End Multiscreen. Cornel previously worked as VP Sales Engineering EMEA, leading a team of highly skilled systems engineers who analyzed customer needs and provided solutions and consultancy for network design and configuration to service providers across EMEA.

Prior to joining ARRIS, between 1997 and 2000, Cornel was Technical Director at Romania Data Systems and in this role was responsible for the engineering and build up of the Romania Data Systems network, the largest Internet Service Provider in Romania. Cornel has studied Mathematics & Computer Science at Bucharest University in Romania.

Joe Dada, founder and CEO of INSTEON, is committed to offering affordable, simple and reliable connected home and business products.

An MBA graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign - College of Business, Dada moved to Southern California at the suggestion of a former professor and mentor. Initially working in the investment field, a trip to a franchise fair in Los Angeles introduced him to the potential of home automation.
In 1992 Dada founded Smarthome, a home automation product catalog company. Shortly after launching Smarthome’s first proprietary product in 1994, Dada launched Smarthome.com, one of the world's first e-commerce sites and now the world's largest retailer of connected home products.

During the late 90s, Dada acquired two product engineering firms to accelerate proprietary product development. After several years of intense development efforts, the company released the patented, dual-band (RF and powerline), mesh networking INSTEON technology in 2005, which has become one of the most popular home automation protocols in the world. In 2012, Dada gave the world the first network-controlled light bulb using INSTEON-enabled technology. Dada established INSTEON as a separate company from the Smarthome business.

Today, INSTEON-enabled products, from light bulbs to leak sensors, are sold at major retailers, including Best Buy, Costco and Home Depot. There are currently millions of INSTEON nodes installed in homes and businesses around the world. Charles Dawes Charles Dawes, Global Strategic Account Director, Rovi

Charles is an authority in digital television product development and management, with over fourteen years of experience in helping bring entertainment content discovery and video delivery solutions to service providers and CE manufacturers across the globe. Since the time of his involvement in the development efforts for the first digital cable TV deployments in the U.K. in the late 90s to his present role at Rovi helping customers bring multi-screen, converged content experiences to consumers, Charles has kept his finger on the pulse of the digital entertainment transition across the ecosystem. A speaker at many industry events and conferences, Charles’ expertise includes guidance technologies, metadata, search and recommendations and personalization. In his current role at Rovi, Charles works closely with Rovi’s largest customers to help customize Rovi’s solutions to meet local market needs across EMEA and Latin America. Charles began his career at Cable and Wireless, where he was responsible for electronic program guide development. Prior to Rovi, Charles held the position of product management director at UPC/Chellomedia, where he oversaw UPC’s digital television product development across their European footprint.


Marco Dorjee Marco Dorjee, International Business Development, Centralite Systems

Marco Dorjee is the International Business Development Director at CentraLite Systems, a leading manufacturer of wireless connected home devices. CentraLite is utilizing the ZigBee Home Automation Profile and takes ordinary devices and make them smarter. Marco has the responsibility for developing and deploying the CentraLite International growth strategy. Marco brings over 20 years’ experience in senior positions from high-tech and imaging industries. Before joining CentraLite, Marco was the Managing Director (Media) Business Operations EMEA of Intermec, supplying Data collection solutions to 75% of the Fortune 500 companies. He was member of the EMEA Leadership Team and Global Media Operations Management Team. Prior Intermec Marco held senior positions at Konica Minolta and QMS. Marco has a solid technical background and holds an Executive MBA.

Prior to founding Arrayent, Shane was the co-founder and CTO of Propellerhead Studios, Inc., a design studio that specializes in consumer electronics products for young adults and children. Before co-founding Propellerhead Studios, Shane was the CEO of ActivePhoto, Inc. This venture backed digital imaging company partnered with Polaroid and Sprint to deliver internet connected digital camera systems to corporate customers such as Allstate Insurance, Kemper Insurance, and Levy Latham Global. Prior to starting ActivePhoto, Shane was a VLSI engineer at C-Cube Microsystems (now LSI logic) working on ASIC development for cable and satellite settop box design. Additionally, he was a Research Scientist at Rockwell Science Center, where he developed low-power wireless systems. Shane holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.


Darren Fawcett Darren Fawcett, Chief Technical Engineer, PACE

Darren, is a key member of the Pace team. Integral in shaping the strategy that has transitioned the company to a STB vendor, to one that delivers solutions and converged services to the World’s largest Pay TV operators. Since 2010, in his role as CTE Darren has been responsible for Pace International’s technology portfolio, including the development and launch of enabling platforms needed to meet the converged market space, e.g. Media Gateways, Client Hardware and Software. Darren has over 20 years’ experience in the communication and media sector where he has specialised in leading teams and worked with key stakeholders, and standards bodies to ensure seamless transition of ideas through to solutions. 


Andrew Ferrone Andrew Ferrone, VP of Pay TV, Roku

Andrew Ferrone is VP of Pay TV at Roku and is responsible for all pay TV deals including over-the-top multichannel services, managed network services, and co-branded device deals. Most recently Andrew was head of consumer product management at RealD, the leading licensor of 3D technologies. At RealD, Andrew drove product planning and commercial partnerships for a portfolio including content services, distribution technologies, and consumer devices. Andrew started his career at Videoguide, the leading licensor of interactive program guides for TVs and DVRs. Gemstar-TV Guide bought Videoguide which was then bought by Macrovision, now called Rovi. Andrew holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Digital Electronics from Dartmouth College.

David Friedman is the CEO and co-founder of Ayla Networks, a leading end-to-end cloud platform for the Internet of Things. Irvind Ghai Irvind Ghai, Senior Director, Enterprise Carrier Solutions, Qualcomm

Irvind Ghai is senior director of enterprise carrier solutions at Qualcomm. In this role, he is responsible for Qualcomm’s worldwide growth segment in the Wireless Infrastructure Business Unit, driving double digit growth in diverse market segments for enterprise access points, public Wi-Fi/hotspots, carrier and cable Wi-Fi, broadband gateways, set top boxes, Wi-Fi and small cell convergence, and infrastructure software services.

Prior to joining Qualcomm, Irvind was marketing director for digital connected home and packet voice and video at Texas Instruments.

He holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Calvin College, an MBA in Finance from University of St. Thomas, and an MSEE in Digital Signal Processing from Purdue University. 


Eric Grab Eric Grab, Chief Technology Officer, DivX, LLC

As DivX CTO, Eric Grab leads global engineering, technology industry relations, cross-company architecture and research. Eric is a technologist who has collaborated with Hollywood movie studios and consumer electronics companies to move forward the vision of easy and secure access to digital content. Enabled by significant jumps in video compression technology, he architected secure Internet video delivery systems, and extended them to consumer electronic devices. Eric has inventions in content distribution and content protection, and he has helped launch many successful services and products. Eric has worked on and evangelized state-of-the-art systems in government, education, and commercial including Booz Allen and Hamilton, DivX, Massive Media Group, Rovi, San Diego State University, and Walt Disney Studios.


Thomas Guss Thomas Guss, Business Development Manager, Watson Nordic

Mr. Thomas Guss joined Anvia Plc, the fourth largest operator in Finland, in 2006. At Anvia he has worked with various development projects, including customer loyalty programs and websites for easier buying for customers. He has played an active role in the Watson project and later on starting up the subsidiary company Watson Nordic Ltd. Mr. Guss works for both Anvia Plc and Watson Nordic Ltd as Business Development Manager. Earlier Mr. Guss worked for TeliaSonera with customer interaction development. Benoit Joly Benoit Joly, SVP Marketing & Smart Life, Technicolor

Benoit Joly is building on over 15 years experience in developing business within the Telecom and Media industry. He started by 1997 at MCI WorldCom, responsible for the European portfolio of IP network solutions. Joining Technicolor in 2002, he helped create the Company's VoIP devices strategy, before leading by 2004 marketing and pre-sales for its world's leading IPTV and Mobile TV solution. He was then VP Digital Home Solutions, in charge of the company's Digital Home portfolio for cable and telecom operators. Now SVP Marketing, he oversees since 2010 the group's marketing plans. Benoit has a Master's Degree in Network and IT Engineering from E.S.I.E.E and an MBA from E.S.S.E.C, majored in Strategy and Marketing.

David Leporini is the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Products and Security. Prior to this role, David was a member of the Executive Board of Viaccess and served as CTO since 2007. As CTO, David was head of system architecture and specifications, security and innovation. Prior to service as CTO, David was head of security for Viaccess since 2005.

Prior to joining Viaccess, David was Operations Manager for Trusted Logic and was responsible for security consultancy activities and quality management. He has held several positions in CANAL+ and CANAL+ Technologies including management of Digital Rights Management and Copy Protection activities.

David graduated from Institut National des Télécommunications and received the Doctorat degree with highest honours from the Université Paris-Sud.


Wojtek Makowski Wojtek Makowski, CTO, Soft@Home

Wojtek is in charge of defining the company’s overall technological strategy and of driving its innovation and strategic product vision to further position SoftAtHome as an industry leader. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Technical Working Group for the Home Gateway Initiative, mainly focused on the Media Gateway and Smart Home projects. Wojtek has 20+ years experience in the IT industry where he has held various product development and leadership positions. He specializes in the telecom area focusing on Operational Support Systems, Location Based Services infrastructure, convergent pervasive applications and the Digital Home. He has a strong multi-cultural business background - having served for several companies in different European countries, including France, Poland and the United Kingdom. Wojtek started his career in 1990 in France as an IT Engineer developing a billing mediation solution for France Telecom. He then became the leading director of this multi-year project. Since the mid-1990s he founded or joined several start-up companies where he held positions of CTO, VP Engineering and CEO.

Wojtek holds an MSCS from Polytechnic School & IT Institute, Poland where he graduated top of this class.
 


Colin Morrison Colin Morrison, Vice President of Global TV Sales Operations, Ericsson

Colin Morrison is the Vice President of Global Sales Operations for Ericsson’s TV and Media Business. He partners with major telecommunications and cable businesses across the globe to expand the adoption of the Mediaroom suite of TV Platforms and bring a full range of entertainment to consumers through their PCs, televisions and portable media devices.


Tim Myers Tim Myers, Director of Product Management, Intrusion, Tyco Security Products

Tim Myers is Director of Product Management, Intrusion for Tyco Security Products, and has more than 15 years of experience in the intrusion and residential systems industry. Myers has a strong engineering background, helping to develop many of Tyco’s intrusion products, and now oversees product development for the service provider portfolio.


Adam Nightingale Adam Nightingale, VP Sales EMEA, Accedo

Adam has overall commercial responsibility for Accedo’s business across EMEA as well as running the company’s London operation. He has over 15 years’ experience in the digital media, pay TV and broadcast industry and has worked with some of the most innovative pay platform providers and broadcasters. Specialising in the technology services and products which underpin OTT and multiscreen services, Adam helps service providers to capitalise on the changing viewing habits of consumers.

Prior to joining Accedo Adam was at Irdeto (formerly Entriq) where he was responsible for sales of the company’s multiscreen solutions. Adam has previously held senior positions with Mobilitec (now part of Alcatel Lucent), CMG and Logica. A graduate of Kingston University, Adam is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers. 


Sebastian Popovic Sebastian Popovic, CEO, Zipato

Co-founder and CEO of Zipato, one of the most popular home automation systems, active in more than 50 countries worldwide. Previously, co-founder and CEO of the successful telecommunication startup in Croatia, acquired after only 5 years, in a 12mil Euro deal. Accomplished business executive with more than 10 years of experience in telecommunication and automation industry. Experienced in managing successful telecommunication projects such as development of the national FTTH infrastructure, development of the VoD platform based on satellite technology, set up and launch of the Triple Play service in Croatia, and others.


Stuart Rosove Stuart Rosove, VP Advanced Solutions, Irdeto

Stuart has driven next-level growth as an Internet startup CEO and senior business development and marketing executive at both private and public global companies. Skillful at understanding market dynamics, he has led the planning, development and launch of products and services in the Enterprise and Media & Entertainment Industries. In his current role, Stuart heads up an entrepreneurially-driven team to create long-term, high growth opportunities in the Internet of Things market by leveraging Irdeto’s security and related technologies.

Stuart came to Irdeto through acquisition, when he led the sale of BayTSP in 2011 as CEO. Recruited to stabilize BayTSP, he managed the turn-around of this 11-year old anti-piracy firm, by driving more consultative interaction with customers, re-focusing current and emerging products and services and negotiating customer and supplier agreements to support profitable growth. Previously, Stuart was VP, Media & Entertainment of Digimarc where he was responsible for licensing, and business and product development. He was also responsible for the joint venture between Digimarc and the Nielsen Company which was announced in 2009. Earlier in his career, Stuart was the Founder and CEO of Sequel Technology which specialized in Internet Access Control Software for Fortune 1000 customers.

Recognized for his contributions in establishing best practices for safeguarding digital content, Stuart is the creator of “The Piracy Continuum,” a framework for understanding consumer behavior in digital media consumption. Stuart is also an inventor with patents in content identification, internet access control and mobile content consumption and an author with contributions to publications such as The New York Law Journal.

Stuart has completed the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Manitoba in Canada.

Patrice Slupowski is a marketing expert in social networks, social & connected TV, wellness & personal data services and mobile multimedia services. He founded a start-up called Waptoo in 1999, one of the first companies to believe in the opportunities around mobile data, creating WAP and mobile services and proposing some automated mobile testing software, for companies and telcos, which has been acquired by Lagardere Group.

Anthony Smith-Chaigneau serves as NAGRA’s Senior Director Product Marketing for embedded connectware, UI-UEX, NAGRA solutions and Set-Top Boxes. A leading evangelist for interactive television, he is recognized as a major contributor to the world’s interactive TV business, having held several senior management roles in leading digital TV companies since 1999 including Advanced Digital Broadcast, Osmosys and Alticast as well as at the DVB Consortium where he was responsible for the market implementation of DVB Specifications. Anthony Smith-Chaigneau spent 15 Years in the Royal Air Force where he educated in Telecommunications, Electronics and Avionics.


Ola Steinsrud Ola Steinsrud, Vice President Content and New Markets, Magine

Mr. Steinsrud is the Vice President of New Markets and Content at Magine. Mr. Steinsrud was the Founder and Director of TVNorge, Norway’s first commercial TV channel. TVNorge became an important part of the SBSProSieben family and later SBS Discovery. In early 2012 Mr. Steinsrud became a key member of Magine and part of Magine’s group of team management.


Gilles Thonet Gilles Thonet, Managing Director Europe, ZigBee Alliance

Gilles joined the ZigBee Alliance as Managing Director for Europe in April 2014. In this role he works closely with the Alliance’s Europe-based member companies to set strategic priorities, implement national and European programs designed to advance the adoption and deployment of ZigBee standards, and grow the regional ZigBee ecosystem.

Gilles has more than 15 years experience in the area of high-tech industrials, focused on aligning cutting-edge innovation with strategic business objectives. Prior to the ZigBee Alliance, he worked for several blue chip multinationals in various management, R&D and consulting roles. Most recently, Gilles served as Manager Government Programs for Eaton Corporation, where he was in charge of European government relations, external R&D funding and technology ecosystem expansion in the region. Prior to Eaton, he was responsible for Schneider Electric’s ZigBee Competence Center and worked closely with the ZigBee Alliance to promote the technology in Europe and started the Green Power working group to standardize the use of energy harvested devices in building and industrial environments. Gilles also spent several years at ABB in corporate research roles where he managed industrial communications projects for power line communications, fieldbuses, and power automation. In addition to working with the ZigBee Alliance, he has been deeply involved in IEC standardization efforts.

Gilles currently serves as an expert to the European Commission for wireless control and embedded technologies. He also advises technology startups involved in smart energy and wireless communications in various European countries. Gilles holds a master degree in electrical engineering from Louvain School of Engineering in Belgium, a PhD in signal processing from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, and an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France.


Simon Trudelle Simon Trudelle, Senior Product Marketing Director, NAGRA

Simon Trudelle is Senior Product Marketing Director for NAGRA, the digital TV division of the Kudelski Group. In his role, he drives various market development and product marketing activities for the NAGRA Medialive Multiscreen solution and associated products. NAGRA Medialive securely enables premium TV content delivery across multiple home network devices, from hybrid and OTT set-top boxes and open devices (including PCs, tablets, smartphones) to Conditional Access Modules (CAMs), connected TVs and game consoles.

Simon has more than 15 years of international software industry experience in strategic marketing, consulting, corporate marketing, product management and new product launches, working for large organizations as well as startups.

He holds an MBA degree in marketing from McGill University and he is a Canadian professional engineer. Originally from Canada, he has spent most of his career in Europe.


Mary Turner Mary Turner, CEO, AlertMe

Mary Turner was appointed CEO of AlertMe.com Ltd in February 2010. Prior to this role, Mary was CEO of broadband company Tiscali UK from 2001, growing the company from less than half a million dial-up customers to the third largest DSL provider in the UK with 1.8m broadband customers and a revenue of €608m by 2008.

As CEO of Tiscali UK, Mary headed up the acquisitions of ISPs TinyOnline, Gateway and Dellnet in 2002, npower’s telephone base in 2003. During 2004 Tiscali became the fastest growing broadband provider in the UK after it launched the first broadband product for the same price as a dial-up subscription, making it affordable for the mass market.

Further acquisitions followed with Video Networks IPTV business (Homechoice) in 2006, The Pipex broadband and telephone business in 2007, before the sale of Tiscali UK to The TalkTalk Group, Part of The Carphone Warehouse Group, in 2009. Ms Turner has remained in an advisory capacity to the TalkTalk Group since the sale and is on the board of ASOS PLC.

During her time in the ISP industry Mary was General Manager UK (ISP and Portal) and Vice-President Marketing Europe for AOL Bertelsmann/CompuServe Information Services. In this role she developed and implemented the marketing strategy of CompuServe taking it to number one brand position. In 1999 she became CEO of LineOne, a joint venture between BT and United Media, leading the sale of this business to Tiscali SpA the Milan listed company in 2001.

Following the sale, she joined Tiscali UK as Managing Director of the Consumer Business, leading the integration of multiple operations already acquired by Tiscali, including WorldOnline and Liberty Surf. Mary became CEO of Tiscali UK in 2003 and was a member of the leadership team for the Tiscali Group.

Mary also has extensive consumer retail experience through senior management roles at Elizabeth Arden, Avon and the Innovations Group.

Currently Mark serves as the President and Chairman of the Z-Wave Alliance, a consortium of over 200 leading manufacturers and service providers worldwide that are dedicated to interoperable wireless home control products based on the Z-Wave open standard.  Mark, has over 20 years experience in all aspects of electronic product solutions. He has held senior management roles in Engineering and Product Development for companies with products as diverse as high-end sound reinforcement, vehicular sensing and controls, premise wiring solutions and automated building controls. His specialties are RF Mesh Networks and Home Automation and Security.
