Parks Associates announces session topics and advisory board participants for Third-Annual Connected Health Summit

Parks Associates announced that the third-annual Connected Health Summit: Engaging Consumers will be held August 30 - September 1, 2016, at the Omni Hotel San Diego, with executives from AARP, Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, mPulse Mobile, Qualcomm Life, and Samsung participating on this year’s advisory board.

New Parks Associates research shows almost one-third of U.S. consumers 65 or older own and use a connected health device. The most commonly used devices are exercise equipment, blood pressure cuffs, and fitness trackers. The three-day Connected Health Summit, led by the firm’s Digital Health Research Director Harry Wang, addresses successful approaches in the deployment of these connected healthcare products and services, including strategies for hardware and solution providers to win the support of payers and other healthcare customers.
