Cisco®, as the first confirmed keynote for its 2007 event. Mr. Scheinman
will deliver the luncheon keynote on Wednesday, May 2, at CONNECTIONS™,

CONNECTIONS™: The Digital
Living Conference and Showcase, produced by Parks Associates in
partnership with the Consumer Electronics Association, is the largest
executive conference and showcase dedicated to examining the markets,
technologies, and consumer trends for the residential and mobile

“U.S. spending on digital living services and products will reach
nearly $300 billion by 2010, driven by the rapid adoption of Internet and
mobile services,” said
Stuart Sikes, president of Parks Associates. “Cisco’s products and
services have been and will continue to be a significant part of this
remarkable progress toward digital living. We are excited to have Mr.
Scheinman participate as a keynote speaker at CONNECTIONS™, and his
insight will prove invaluable to our attendees.”
Cisco Media Solutions Group, a new business unit within Cisco, develops

content experience for consumers. Scheinman has been a long-time champion
for developing new, network-based distribution models for digital content.
As Cisco’s head of Corporate Development, Scheinman oversaw the
acquisitions of Linksys and Scientific Atlanta, and recently oversaw the
development of technology that became the basis for Cisco’s Digital Media
Management business unit, launched in 2006 as part of Cisco’s Emerging
Technologies Group.
