commentary and insight for this pre-conference workshop. This
workshop featured two key blocs with morning and afternoon discussions.
In the morning, the analyst
team will explore the strategy of services and content in creating
more loyal customers, building revenues, and reducing churn.
The
afternoon session will explore the role of end-user devices, home
networking solutions, and developments in software and
connectivity in bringing new uses and value to entertainment,
communications, and productivity applications.
This workshop featured interactive

which included background
