Robert Acker is vice president of
music services. He is responsible for developing the
company's world-class music and video products and services,
including RealPlayer, the RealPlayer Music Store, RadioPass,
and the award-winning Rhapsody service. Before joining Real
in 2004, Mr. Acker was a founding member of the XM Satellite
Radio team. As vice president of product development and
planning at XM Satellite Radio, he directed all aspects of
the company's development of the world's first consumer
satellite radio.
In addition to holding an MBA from Harvard, Mr. Acker
also holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering
from MIT.

Jamie Berger brings 15 years of
professional brand management and marketing experience to
the online gaming industry, joining IGN Entertainment after
six years at the Consumer Products division of The Walt
Disney Company. As general manager for the Consumer Products
division, Jamie's manages IGN's subscription, digital
distribution, and e-commerce portfolio, including FilePlanet,
3D Gamers, GameSpy Arcade, Direct2Drive, GameSpy Arena, and
IGN Insider, juggling these responsibilities with
obsessively playing World of Warcraft. He began his
professional career as an account manager with the NCR
Corporation and received his BA in economics from Washington
& Lee University and an MBA from The University of Virginia.

Reggie Bradford is president of TANDBERG
Television Inc. and plays a pivotal role in enabling
customers to realize the full potential of their video
networks. Reggie's primary focus is providing content
providers and network operators in the Americas region with
the world's most advanced live and on-demand digital video
solutions.
Reggie comes to TANDBERG Television from its acquisition
of N2 Broadband in February 2005, the leading provider of
open-platform solutions for on-demand entertainment, where
he was president and CEO since early 2001. Under Reggie's
management, N2 Broadband grew annual revenues from less than
$1 million to more than $23 million in just under four
years. The company, which achieved cash-flow breakeven
status during the same period, boasts a customer roster that
includes North America's top-five cable operators and the
world's leading entertainment companies. In November 2004,
Reggie was named one of the "12 to Watch in 2005" by
Television Week Magazine. As a result of his leadership, N2
Broadband was featured in CED Magazine's Broadband 50
ranking from 2001-2004 and received the Red Herring Top 100
Innovators award in December 2004.
Reggie has extensive capabilities in building brands and
providing customers with a steady, consistent commitment to
quality. Prior to joining N2 Broadband, he served as chief
marketing officer at WebMD Corp., which during his tenure
from 1998 to 2000 grew from 40 to 4,000 employees and
received more than $2 billion in funding, while becoming
established as one of the world's leading Internet
destinations, which is now enjoyed daily by millions of
consumers and healthcare professionals. Reggie previously
held various management positions with Miller Brewing
Company, a subsidiary of Phillip Morris. He earned a BBA in
finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory
University.

Richard J. Caballero,

Rich Caballero joined SupportSoft in
November 2004 and is currently director of digital services
products. His responsibilities include product development,
business development, marketing, and strategy for
SupportSoft’s activation and home networking solutions
targeted to digital service providers worldwide.
Prior to joining SupportSoft, Rich was director, wireline
segment for the Communications & Media vertical at Siebel
Systems. His responsibilities included product development,
marketing, and strategy for the wireline segment worldwide.
A Siebel employee for over five years, Rich helped launch
the initial Siebel Communications product line. Rich spent
five years with Telcordia designing test systems for various
communications technologies including ADSL, ISDN, and MPEG
video. Rich also worked on developing speech synthesis and
optical routing algorithms at AT&T Bell Labs.
In addition to a BS in electrical engineering from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rich has an MSEE from
Columbia University and an MBA/MA from the Wharton School
and Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Rich represents SupportSoft as a member of the DSL Forum
and has spoken at industry conferences including VoIP World
2004, CONNECTIONS™ @ CES 2005, Next Generation Telecom 2005
China, and IEC Communications Forum 2006.

Ron Cates is the vice president of North
America marketing and sales at Metalink Broadband. Mr. Cates
has been in the semiconductor industry for over 25 years and
has held a number of executive level positions including
vice president and general manger of the Broadband Access
Business Unit at Conexant Systems and vice president of
worldwide sales at Peregrine Semiconductor. He holds BS and
MS degrees in electrical engineering from the University of
California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from San Diego
State University.

Christophe Duverne is vice president,
marketing and sales for Philips Semiconductors’
identification business line. He is responsible for driving
sales and marketing for Philips identification products.
Duverne joined Philips in 2000 as the country manager in
France for the company’s components business. Prior to that
role, he served as product line manager within one of the
divisions of the Hoechst Group. He has worked as a sales
engineer in the PCB industry for Porcher Industries in Hong
Kong, where he also served as regional manager, Asia
Pacific.
Duverne graduated in 1989 from the Dijon Business School
in France with a BA (Hons) degree in business. In 1995, he
completed a master of business administration degree at
Insead, one of the world’s largest and most influential
graduate business schools.

Scott Ferris, Senior Vice President

Scott Ferris brings more than 20 years of
broadband, cable, and direct marketing experience to the
Atlas On Demand division of Atlas, an operating unit of
aQuantive, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQNT). As head of the division,
Ferris is responsible for incubating new business
initiatives focused on the growth of digital cable
television and On Demand media. For more than two decades
Ferris has played a significant role in bringing hybrid
fiber-coaxial networks and the “triple-play” concept to
market in the broadband industry. Ferris was part of the US
WEST team that built the first digital broadband network in
the U.K. with Comcast, Jones Cable, and TCI (now known as
Telewest) and later introduced it into the U.S. market. He
was also involved in the deployment of Time Warner Cable’s
ground-breaking Full Service Network iTV trial in Orlando,
Fla. At MediaOne, Ferris created the MediaOne brand and
developed the company’s broadband cable modem and digital
video strategy.
Prior to joining Atlas, he led Starbucks’ Direct
Marketing business unit where he developed key online
marketing initiatives. Scott was responsible for
re-directing Starbucks’ Internet position from a pedestrian
Website to an integrated direct marketing catalog and
e-commerce enterprise.
Ferris is committee chair of the Data/Metrics for the
Innovation in Digital Advertising (IDiA) Project and is an
active member of the Cable and Telecommunications
Association for Marketing (CTAM) On Demand Television
Consortium.
Ferris holds a BA in business administration - marketing
from S.U.N.Y College at Cortland.

The depth of Geary's
experience in business development and marketing gives him
the tools necessary to successfully manage the Kodak Mobile
Service team in the U.S. and in Europe. As an initial
member of the Kodak EasyShare Gallery (formerly Ofoto)
management team, Geary led the company's business
development team creating successful partnerships with
leading technology, retail, and imaging companies including
Sony Electronics, Apple Computer, Microsoft, AT&T,
Amazon.com, and Hewlett-Packard. Geary and his team also
launched the Kodak Mobile Service in the U.S. and in Europe
and developed partnerships with the countries’ leading
mobile carriers and handset manufacturers including Verizon
Wireless, Cingular Wireless, and Nokia in the U.S., O2 in
the U.K., SFR in France, 3 Mobile Market in Australia, and
T-Mobile in Germany, Austria, and the U.K.
Geary comes to Kodak from America Online where, as
director of business development, he extended, negotiated,
and closed multi-million dollar strategic partnerships
across AOL properties and led business development efforts
for consumer electronics and camera e-commerce partners.
Prior to AOL, Geary was director of business development
for When.com, the leading online calendar and events
service. Geary also brings a wealth of e-commerce experience
from CyberCash where he was director of corporate marketing.
He began his career as a management consultant at the San
Francisco Consulting Group, specializing in the global
telecommunications industry. Geary is a graduate of Stanford
University.

For more than 15 years as a
successful high-tech entrepreneur, Josh Goldman has combined
his passion for breakthrough technology with his ability to
create innovative business models for high-growth companies.
He joins Akimbo from Sprout Group, where he was the firm’s
first entrepreneur-in-residence, working to develop business
ideas for new high-tech companies. Prior to Sprout Group,
Josh served as president and chief executive officer of
mySimon, Inc., the largest comparison-shopping service on
the Internet. He oversaw the growth of mySimon into a major
consumer e-commerce site, culminating in the sale of the
company to CNET Networks. He then stayed on as president of
CNET’s consumer division.
Before mySimon and CNET, Josh held management roles at
companies like USWeb, Softbank Content Services, Apple
Computer, and Phoenix Technologies. Josh received an MBA
from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science with
honors in computer science from Tufts University.
Throughout his career Josh has shared his knowledge with
audiences at industry conferences. Josh’s expertise extends
to a wide range of subjects, from financial and management
issues to the future of networked entertainment, consumer
electronics, and online media and commerce.

Inder Gopal has led the
creation and deployment of leading-edge networking
technology for a variety of influential technology
companies. He is the founder and CEO of Iptivia, a recently
created start-up that enables carriers to deliver IPTV
streams with assured service quality. He also serves as
chairman of Sereniti, another early stage company he
co-founded which is focused on simplifying home networks.
Previously Inder was chairman and CEO of ReefEdge, a leading
manufacturer of wireless LAN switches and gateways, where he
helped to create a market leading portfolio of products with
a solid revenue stream. Prior to founding ReefEdge, Inder
was AT&T's chief architect and corporate vice president,
with responsibility for creating the road map for the
convergence of AT&T's cable, wireless, and wire-line
businesses to Internet-based technologies.
Before that, he was CTO of Prodigy, in charge of
development and operations, where he helped transform
Prodigy from a proprietary online service into a into a
leading nationwide Internet service provider. He spun out a
company, Taconix, from Prodigy, selling software
infrastructure to Internet service providers and served as
its founding CEO. Previously, he served in a variety of
senior management positions at IBM, playing a key role in
IBM's entry into e-business. He also led the development of
IBM’s router and ATM products and was the creator of IBM’s
NBBS architecture.
Inder has 20 patents and more than 70 technical
publications to his credit. He is known as the inventor of
the pioneering PARIS high-speed network, which was the first
Gigabit/second packet-switching system. He serves as an
adjunct professor at Columbia University. He has been an
editor of several IEEE and ACM journals and has been an
invited speaker at numerous conferences and universities. He
is a fellow of the IEEE with a PhD from Columbia University,
New York, and a BA from Oxford University, England.

Ed Graczyk is director of
marketing and communications for the Microsoft TV Division
at Microsoft Corporation. In this capacity, Graczyk is
establishing Microsoft as the leading provider of software
that enables network operators, consumer electronics
manufacturers, and TV content providers to create and
deliver enhanced TV services worldwide. Graczyk is
responsible for communications, public relations, branding,
positioning, advertising, partner co-marketing, and events
worldwide for the Microsoft TV family of software products.
He assumed his current role with the Microsoft TV group in
October 1999.
Since 1991, Graczyk has held a number of marketing and
sales management positions at Microsoft, both at the
Redmond, Wash., headquarters and the New York City field
office. His past responsibilities include marketing lead for
the award-winning MSN™ MoneyCentral personal finance
service; marketing lead for MSN Communications Services,
where he launched MSN Messenger Service and MSN Web
Communities; public relations lead for the Web Essentials
and MSN divisions; entertainment marketing manager for MSN;
and corporate account sales management.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Graczyk spent six years with
UNISYS Corporation. He served in various sales and product
management positions, with a focus on customers in the
banking, securities, and insurance industries.
Graczyk frequently speaks at digital TV industry events,
including Broadcast Asia, CTAM Research Conference, Digital
Hollywood, DigiTrends Camp Interactive, Kagan Interactive TV
Summit, IFA Berlin, and the PBS Technology Conference.
In 1994, Graczyk received the Corporate Account Executive
of the Year Award at Microsoft. Graczyk is also a member of
the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing.
Graczyk has a bachelor’s degree in science from the
Boston College School of Management, where he holds a triple
major in marketing, computer science, and economics.

Frank Hanzlik, Managing Director, Wi-Fi Alliance |

Frank Hanzlik is managing
director of the Wi-Fi Alliance and an 18-year veteran of the
wireless industry. Prior to the Wi-Fi Alliance, Frank was
vice president of marketing and product management at
Mobilian Corporation, a fabless semiconductor start-up
company. As an early member of the executive team, he built
the marketing and sales organization, successfully
positioning Mobilian as an early leader in multi-standard
wireless chipsets and launching the world's first chipset to
support the simultaneous operation of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Before joining Mobilian, Frank was a senior manager at
Dell Computer Corporation, where he built a communications
product marketing organization to support Dell's $11 billion
consumer and small business product lines. There, he
launched several market leading products in wireless, home
networking, and broadband, including the company's first
Wi-Fi product in 1999, an industry first.
Prior to Dell, Frank spent 11 years at Motorola in a
variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the
sales and marketing of cellular and land mobile radio
products. There, he drove the definition and implementation
of the world's first digital land mobile radio product.
Later, he ran the product management organization for
Motorola's Intelligent Network business, which delivered
enhanced voice and data services to cellular operators
worldwide.
Frank holds an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L.
Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate in
business administration from the University of Illinois,
Urbana/Champaign. He has been a member of the Wi-Fi Alliance
since 2000.

Jef Holove, a marketer in the
technology industry for more than 12 years, is the director
of product marketing for Logitech’s entertainment and
communication audio product lines. After leading the efforts
to extend Logitech’s brand in PC and console gaming, Mr.
Holove now oversees Logitech’s entire audio business,
including mobile phone accessories, PC and notebook
speakers, iPod and MP3 speakers and headphones, and the new
line of Music Anywhere products for wireless streaming of
digital music. For the past six years, Mr. Holove has
focused exclusively on the personal peripherals market,
first with Labtec and then with Logitech after the merger of
the two companies. He spent several years managing marketing
and communications for all of Logitech's product lines in
both the Americas and European regions. Prior to his work at
Logitech, Mr. Holove worked at Hewlett-Packard where he was
part of the launch team for the HP Pavilion home PC and for
a marketing agency serving clients including Nintendo of
America, Toshiba, and HP.

Steve Iverson, President and CEO,

Steve Iverson
developed his passion for technology and innovation while
growing up in a house full of electronics and personal
computers. Iverson's interest carried him to Pomona College
of California, where he was awarded two research grants to
study digital data compression, and eventually he developed
a new and innovative technology for his undergraduate thesis
while studying adaptive data compression algorithms. This
new technology built the foundation for Streamload and has
since evolved into a service that allows users to send,
receive, and access their data files online, including
entire video and music collections.
Under Iverson's leadership, Streamload has closed two
rounds of equity financing, manages hundreds of terabytes of
customer data, and has maintained profitability for more
than three years.
In 2004, Iverson was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the
Year finalist, and in 2005 he was named one of San Diego’s
“40 under Forty” by San Diego Metropolitan Magazine.
Iverson has spoken at many industry conferences including
CES, Fall Focus and CONNECTIONS™ by Parks Associates,
Digital Living Room Summit & Venture Forum by ihollywood
forum, and Digital Life. Iverson has also been quoted and
covered by international media including the New York
Times, Associated Press, USA Today, C/Net, ZDNet,

Seth Kenvin joined BigBand Networks from
the venture capital firm Cedar Fund where he worked from its
founding. Before Cedar, he was with venture capital firm
Venrock Associates. Kenvin was a senior editor of The Red
Herring magazine and was previously a member of the high
technology corporate finance group of Bear, Stearns & Co. He
holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from
Cornell University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Kenvin serves as treasurer and a board member for the
Silicon Valley / Pacific Northwest chapter of the Cable &
Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM).

Art Lancaster co-founded Affinegy in March
2003 and has served as CTO since, where he is responsible
for technology strategy and product development. As CTO, Art
led the development of InstaLAN and Airkit, achieving the
first release of InstaLAN in just six months. In deployment
since 2004, InstaLAN and Airkit have proven robust, enabling
self-install service deployments and silencing calls to
service provider support desks. Art’s commitment to quality
is further evidenced by Affinegy’s near-zero bugs track
record throughout nearly two years of deployment. Prior to
Affinegy he was director of strategy and business
development for Motorola's Streamaster business where Art
established strategies leading to the world's most advanced
interactive broadband gateway system and closed $20 million
of sales with top telecommunications companies.
While director of design engineering for Motorola's Fast
Static RAM Division, he contributed to sales growth of over
50% per year to over $500 million and #1 market share
worldwide. Art has prior start-up experience at Entregate,
Inmos Corporation, and as co-founder and VP of development
of a joint venture between RCA and Sharp. He has a BSEE,
cum laude, from the University of Missouri, an MSEE from
the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the
University of Texas. Art remains actively involved with UT’s
leading entrepreneurship program and is a frequent judge in
the UT MOOT Corp business plan competitions.

Brian Larsen is the associate vice
president of product development for D-Link North America,
the leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of
networking, voice, and data communications products. With
over 10 years of experience in the industry, Larsen has
successfully led teams of product managers in the research,
development, and implementation of new and innovative
products, including the launch of the industry’s first
Gaming Broadband Router. Larsen maintains key strategic
partnerships to improve product features and solidify new
market segments. By developing new installation processes,
improving product setup, and updating the layout for product
documentation, Larsen re-defines the customer experience.
In addition to his strong leadership at D-Link, Larsen
has worked for Microsoft Corporation and SMC Networks, Inc.
and co-founded Code220, Inc., an interactive online training
solution provider, which provides services for various law
enforcement agencies.

Ms. Lo is the president and chief executive
officer at Ruckus Wireless. With over 20 years of experience
in the networking and communications industries, Ms. Lo is
known for her ability to create new markets, innovate new
technology, and capitalize on emerging trends. As a former
vice president within Nortel Networks’ Content Business Unit
and Data Network Business Unit, Ms. Lo is most recognized
creating and developing the market for content-based
switching. Ms. Lo joined Nortel in 2000 as part of its $7.8
billion acquisition of Alteon WebSystems.
As vice president of marketing at Alteon, Ms. Lo built an
emerging start-up company that executed one of the most
successful multibillion dollar initial public offerings at
its time with a revenue run rate of over $400 million.
Prior to Alteon, Ms. Lo was the vice president of
marketing at the Centillion Business Unit of Bay Networks.
Centillion was a networking start-up co-founded by Lo that
developed the first token ring switching system. The company
was purchased by Bay Networks in 1994.
Ms. Lo’s career also includes several management roles at
leading network and computing companies including Network
Equipment Technologies and Hewlett Packard. She holds a BS
degree in computer science from the University of California
at Berkeley.

Roland Van der Meer, Cofounder and Partner,

Roland Van der Meer,
cofounder, ComVentures, invests in early stage technologies
and companies with the potential to redefine how whole
segments of the communications industry operate. Listed 18th
on the 2005 Forbes Midas List of top 100 technology
dealmakers, he focuses his investments on systems,
components, and services. Roland was one of the first to
spot the digital transmission revolution and funded PairGain.
He followed this by being the only venture investor in
Broadcom (Nasdaq: BRCM), the broadband communications
semiconductor company that led the frontier of digital
signal processing. ComVentures’ recent investments focus
on emerging companies that are solving some of the broadcast
and entertainment industry’s toughest problems. For example,
infrastructure company Exavio has completely redefined the
real-time post-production process for editing uncompressed
HDTV and is enabling new methods for distributing
personalized TV and other video content over IP. Roland has
more than 20 years of experience in the communications
industry as an engineer, strategist, and investor.

Hemang Mehta, Group Product Manager,

Hemang Mehta is a group
product manager with Microsoft TV, focused on software
solutions designed to enable telecommunications and cable
companies to deliver audio and video services to consumers
using their Internet protocol networks. In this role Mehta
drives the overall strategy and vision for Microsoft TV’s
IPTV products and is responsible for the group defining
product positioning, packaging, pricing, research, and
product rollout plans. He works closely with customers and
partners to ensure that the Microsoft TV solution provides
superior value and enables a profitable business. Prior to
joining Microsoft, in December 2003, Mehta spent three years
with Nokia where he was the global head of the Nokia
Broadband Media Solution for the fixed-line operators
delivering audio and video services over DSL. In this role
he worked with most of the major global telecom companies,
understanding their concerns and ensuring that they could
deploy a video solution.
Mehta has also held positions at Oracle, where he was
responsible for all marketing and sales activities for
Oracle’s Interactive Television Division for EMEA (Europe,
Middle East, and Africa). Within the EMEA region the Oracle
Video Server held a dominant market share with telecoms,
cable companies, and satellite video delivery systems.
During the initial period of his tenure in a product
management role he was responsible for launching several
major releases of the Oracle Video Server.
In the early part of his career, Mehta worked at nCUBE
designing file systems and video servers for nCUBE’s
massively parallel supercomputers. Mehta has a bachelor’s
degree in electronic engineering and digital communications.

During the more than 20 years
Dr. Ken Morse has been involved in software development, he
has co-founded four companies. In his current role as vice
president, client architectures with Scientific-Atlanta, Dr.
Morse is responsible for ensuring that the company maintains
its digital cable solutions leadership position by driving
the architecture and direction of digital set-top platforms
and for the technical and product direction of the company.
Prior to joining Scientific-Atlanta, Dr. Morse was a founder
and the CTO of PowerTV, Inc., now part of
Scientific-Atlanta. Here he and his team, along with their
set-top partners, brought the first IP-based digital
interactive television system to the mass market, providing
the software platform and services for over 10 million
digital interactive set-tops in North America today.
Prior to working at PowerTV, Dr. Morse was a member of
the team that developed the first Hardware Reference
Platform for Multimedia consumer electronics devices at
Kaleida Labs, an Apple-IBM joint venture. Dr. Morse was also
a founder of Ultra Digital Systems and MTL where he
developed DSP Development systems and video compression
schemes for PC multimedia applications.
Dr. Morse’s first foray into business was in 1981 when he
received a Commodore Vic-20 and founded a company offering
fast loaders and encryption schemes to the software
duplicating industry.
He attended the University of Liverpool and holds a PhD
in electronic engineering and a B.Eng in electronic
engineering. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers, Association for Computing Machinery,
and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.

Francesco Prato has been
working for Philips Austria for two years - as business
development manager for NFC. Prior to that, he worked for
ten years for Siemens Communications in different sales and
marketing positions in the U.S. and Europe. Francesco holds
a doctor degree in information science from the University
of Pisa and a master’s degree in business administration
from the Webster University.

Daniel Putterman is president
and CEO of Mediabolic. He founded the company in 1999 and
his leadership and vision have driven the company's success.
Prior to Mediabolic, Putterman founded Maximum Information,
Inc., the first enterprise Web management solution company,
acquired by NetManage (NASDAQ: NETM) in 1996. He went on to
co-found EoExchange, a supplier of Internet Research
Solutions to vertical portals, one year later. A technology
industry veteran, Putterman held senior management positions
at Borland International and Symantec Corporation and was
responsible for product management, business development,
and worldwide evangelism.

Stephen joined ANT in February
2003 and was appointed executive director of sales and
marketing in June 2003 to lead ANT’s commercial strategy.
Stephen has 18 years’ technical and commercial experience
in the telecommunications and IT marketplace. Previously,
Stephen headed up new product development for Concert’s ASP
hosting business, after joining from BT where he had held
various commercial and technical roles in the Cable TV
Services and Consumer Products Divisions. Prior to joining
ANT, Stephen was an account director at Lucent Technologies
in the areas of optical transport and voice-over-IP
products.

Rich brings fifteen years of
consumer and business-to-business marketing experience at
Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial companies across Internet
services, entertainment, and consumer goods categories to
Kodak EasyShare Gallery (formerly Ofoto). Most recently,
Rich was the top marketing executive for Yahoo!'s largest
division. As director of marketing for the Listings Business
Unit, Rich oversaw marketing planning and execution for
Yahoo!'s Search and Directory, Classifieds and Local Media
business segments. Prior to Yahoo!, Rich was with Bigstep,
the site building and ecommerce service for small
businesses, where he was vice president of marketing for
nearly three years managing corporate and product marketing,
public relations, research, and content. Prior to Bigstep,
he was director of brand marketing at Jamba Juice, where he
helped the company grow from 60 to 130 stores to become the
national category leader. Early in his career, Rich rose
through a number of roles at Pepsi where he ultimately
managed marketing for a $300 million product portfolio and
at Walt Disney Home Video where he led U.S. marketing for
the $150 million specialty accounts channel including
Blockbuster, Disney Stores and Musicland.
Rich holds a BA in economics and art and an MBA from Duke
University. He is actively involved with the Fine Arts
Museums in San Francisco and is on the Board of Advisors for
Parents for Good Sports, a national non-profit dedicated to
parent-driven, educational programs to enrich the lives of
young athletes and their families.

Dr. Dov Rubin is vice
president and general manager of NDS Americas Inc., located
in Costa Mesa, CA. He is responsible for the sale and
delivery of large Pay Television systems. Dr. Rubin is a
founder of NDS which started in Jerusalem in 1988 as News
Datacom. He has a BSc in physics and electro-optical
engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology (1975),
an MSc in systems engineering from Case Western Reserve
University in Cleveland (1978), and a PhD from the
University of Southern California in medicine and computer
engineering (1981).

Paul Sandberg, Senior Vice President, Global

Paul Sandberg was appointed
senior vice president of global sales & marketing for the
Business Unit Home in April 2005. He is responsible for all
sales & marketing for Philips’ semiconductor solutions for
consumer multimedia products in the home.
Prior to taking the responsibility for the Business Unit
Home, Paul held a number of senior management positions at
Philips. He was the head of Corporate Alliances in Amsterdam
and was responsible for growing the business with the top
Philips alliance partners. He was vice president of Sagem
Communications SA in Paris, managing the integration of the
Philips organization into the Sagem company. Prior to this
Paul was the business unit manager for the Internet Fax
activities of Philips Consumer Communication in Vienna.
Other positions he held include marketing & sales
responsibilities for Philips PC Peripherals, Philips Media,
and Philips Computers. Paul joined Philips in 1989.
Paul Sandberg has a degree in business economics from the
University at Tilburg.

Mr. Smyers serves as the chairman of the
Board of Directors of Digital Living Network Alliance and as
president of DLNA Corporation. Aside from his DLNA duties,
Mr. Smyers is also vice president of the Network and Systems
Architecture Division of the US Advanced Technologies Center
at Sony Electronics. Mr. Smyers’ particular area of focus is
system architecture, system I/O and interfaces.
Through his leadership as chairman of the 1394 Trade
Association's AV Working Group over the course of seven
years, Mr. Smyers has served a pivotal role in bringing
about a suite of standards that define consumer device
discovery and control.
Mr. Smyers now also serves as the chairman of the CE
Linux Forum Steering Committee and has in the past served as
CTO and member of the Board of Directors of the 1394 Trade
Association and on the UPnP Steering Committee.
Mr. Smyers holds a BA in physics and philosophy from
Cornell University.

Dave Whetstone is
the chief marketing officer of MobiTV, the leading provider
of live television on a cell phone. In his twelve years in
the cell phone industry, Dave has an extensive track record
of developing innovative services and marketing strategies
for wireless companies. He was a co-founder and chief
marketing officer of Virgin Mobile USA where he pioneered
the MVNO concept by pairing the Virgin Brand with Sprint’s
network. At Virgin, he created and marketed the company’s
youth-oriented value proposition and developed key retail
distribution partnerships.
Before Virgin, Dave held a variety of senior marketing
positions over a seven year period at AirTouch Cellular
(acquired by Vodafone in 1999 and now part of Verizon
Wireless in the U.S.). At AirTouch he launched a number of
new products and services including the original launch of
CDMA digital service in AirTouch’s largest market. He also
developed and rapidly grew the company’s prepaid business,
taking them into new market segments and heavily into mass
retail distribution. Prior to AirTouch, Dave was a strategy
consultant with Bain & Co. and Price Waterhouse. Dave has an
MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from the
University of Illinois.

Chris Wimmer is IPTV product
marketing manager for the Microsoft TV Division at Microsoft
Corporation. In this role, Wimmer manages branding,
advertising, and marketing efforts for Microsoft TV's IPTV
solution. Wimmer began his career with Microsoft in 1996
as a reporter and producer for the launch of MSNBC, the
joint cable and online news venture between Microsoft and
NBC. He later moved to MSN and served as a producer creating
entertainment games and online magazines. In 1998, Wimmer
joined the Microsoft TV Group, where he was able to combine
his knowledge of broadcasting and the Internet to work for
the Microsoft group tasked with creating interactive TV. At
Microsoft TV, Wimmer started as lead program manager on the
first set of iTV tools produced by Microsoft. He also
developed demos and prototypes of iTV. He also managed the
production and marketing of the Microsoft TV Websites before
assuming his current responsibilities.
As IPTV product marketing manager, Wimmer currently
oversees marketing and communications efforts for Microsoft
TV's IPTV solution and gives presentations at major trade
shows and digital TV events on behalf of Microsoft TV.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Wimmer succeeded as an
award-winning journalist, earning first and second place
awards from the Virginia Press Association for investigative
reporting and feature writing. Wimmer served as a reporter
for several newspapers, including The Washington Post,
Seattle Times, and Bellevue (Wash.)
Journal-American.
Last year, Wimmer received the Promotion and Marketing
Professionals Association/Broadcast Designer's Association (PROMAX&BDA)
Gold Award for a marketing video he produced about
Microsoft's vision for interactive TV. Wimmer is a member of
the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing.
