Oak Technology to demonstrate first complete low-cost home media gateway
at
CONNECTIONS™: The Digital Home Conference and Showcase.
CONNECTIONS™, produced by Parks Associates in partnership with
CEA, will take place May 7-9, 2003, at The Fairmont San Jose.

WHAT: Mr. Chase will join other industry experts as a featured
panelist in a session entitled: Going Inside the Box: Developing
Network-capable Multimedia Platforms. Moderated by Parks Associates
Analyst Yuanzhe (Michael) Cai, the panelists will explore the changing

In addition, Oak Executives will demonstrate the Oak MaestroLink Home
Gateway Solution, the industry’s first complete solution for low-cost home
media gateways. The Oak MaestroLink solution networks the home DVD player
to the PC using wired or wireless technology, and enables the viewing of
streamed video, photos, music, games or other content on the TV from
anywhere on the home network through the use of technology common found in
homes today.
