Almost half of all computer users say they're unable to solve technical computer problems on their own, according to a 2009 Parks Associates survey. In response, McAfee, Inc. (NYSE:MFE) today announced McAfee Total Care services -- a suite of services that provides the most convenient and secure way for consumers to get help from experts who can fix their computer problems remotely.
