According to a recent survey from Parks Associates, the leader in smart home industry research, approximately 50% of consumers in U.S. broadband households report problems with setting up a smart home device. Parks Associates research also reveals that with access to on-demand in-home setup assistance, 28% of broadband households are inclined to purchase smart devices.
