Kurt Scherf, vice president of research with Parks Associates, agrees.  "It's a very incremental market," he says.  "It's about, right now, addressing a few well-defined needs, and not the be-all and end-all solution."

....In addition, Coactive offers RGs that can operate over dial-up links (broadband models are also available).  "They have great products and great support," says Kurt Scherf, vice president of research with Parks Associates.  "They're going to be huge in Europe.  And right now they're saying, 'We don't need broadband,' which is great, because only six million homes in the U.S. have it so far."
